PHYTONUTRIENTS
What: Plant-based substances that improve health.
Why: Some help your body defend against oxidative stress.*
Where: Found in plant foods, including colorful fruits and vegetables, grains, beans and nuts.
Fibre
What: A plant-based substance that aids in digestion.
Why: Fibre supports the digestive process, helps to fill  you up, and promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in the  digestive tract.
